  • Reservation Deposit Deadline: August 1, 2025

  • There is a family side and an adult-only side, and there are options in the block for both

  • To reserve your room, you will need to pay a deposit worth the amount of 1 night's stay​

    • Room options and pricing available via the booking link: LP Family & Friends

    • Upon check-in, you will need to present a credit card to keep on file for incidentals. The resort will hold ~$50 per day for a deposit for incidentals. For example, if you stay the 3 nights, they will hold ~$150 on your card on file and release it after you check out if you have not used it.

      • Please Note: if someone is gifting you the trip and will use their credit card to put on file, you can fill out a Credit Authorization Form for that. Text 203.635.2128 if you need to arrange this. ​

      • Final Payment is due October 3, 2025,  sixty [60] days prior to arrival.

  • ​For the deposit, you can pay more than the 1 night and can pay in installments. Send an email to the resort if you are paying anything outside of the 1 night deposit through the link.

  • Book through the link: LP Family & Friends

    • To book additional days or a room type that is not in the set block, email the resort to book and give them the Group Code: FAF125​

      • Rates are valid three (3) pre and post days for guests who wish to extend their stay beyond the block​

    • Booking through the link gives everyone in the group 15% off all spa services of 50 minutes or more (advance reservations required)

    • All reservations must be made under the group agreement in order to be considered part of the group block. If you book outside of the link or not using the code, you will not be counted in our group and will have to pay an additional fee to the resort to participate in the group's activities.
